Purpose of processing your personal information.
DVI processes your information when you order and pay for a service from us. This is done to deliver the ordered service to you and to receive payment for the service.
DVI processes your information that you send via email or a contact form. This is done to be able to contact you and respond to your inquiry.

Information processed by DVI.
DVI may process the following information:

- CVR number (Company Registration Number)
- Payment information

DVI only processes information about you that originates from you. We do not obtain information about you from third parties.
Legal basis for processing.
DVI processes information about you solely based on a lawful ground (legal basis), as per the Data Protection Regulation.
DVI may send you newsletters based on your valid consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a).
If you wish to enter into an agreement with DVI for the provision of services, advice, or products, processing may occur because it is necessary to fulfill the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) or because DVI has a legitimate interest in processing information about you (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), as we need to contact you as a customer in connection with delivery.
Furthermore, DVI may process information about you as stated in accounting records due to our legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c).
When you contact DVI via email or similar means, processing may occur based on our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f). To respond to your inquiry, we need to record your contact information.
Consent for marketing purposes.
DVI may process your information according to marketing laws for marketing purposes if you have given your consent. If you have provided marketing consent, we can send you emails or other marketing materials for the purpose of marketing service offerings in DVI's product range, including news, offers, and services.
You have the right to withdraw your consent for marketing at any time. You can do this by unsubscribing via a link at the bottom of the email sent to you by DVI. If you wish to withdraw your consent, the withdrawal is effective from the moment DVI receives your request for withdrawal.
DVI retains your information for the following periods.
When you contact DVI with an email inquiry or a contact form, your information will be deleted when the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
When you consent to DVI sending you emails for marketing purposes, your information will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
If you wish to enter into an agreement (contract) with DVI for the provision of a service, product, or service, we will retain your information (name, address, email, telephone number, possibly CVR number) for up to 5 years after the end of the customer relationship, in accordance with legal requirements for the retention of accounting records (Bookkeeping Act, LBK no. 648 of 15/06/2006, Chapter 5).
Furthermore, DVI will retain your contact information (name, address, email, telephone number) for up to 1 year after the end of the customer relationship for potential follow-up on the service provided.
DVI processes your personal information securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable laws, including the Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
DVI also complies with applicable standards and requirements for secure communication via email.

DVI uses several data processors. Data processing agreements have been entered into with all data processors. This guarantees that the data processor complies with EU regulations on the protection of your personal information.

You have the right to access the information that DVI processes about you, as well as additional information.
Right to rectification (correction) You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure.
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of the regular general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing.
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal information restricted.
